When you get back on, you might be a little awkward at first, not too smooth but your body will remember quick. I went out recently after a couple of months and I felt a little apprehensive. It takes a few rides to feel the flow again. The bike has always been a joyful piece of freedom for most of us, let’s get back on and riding again!
Oh, and don’t be fooled if your tires are flat. Don’t think you need to get them fixed, they just need air! This is a relief if you don’t know how to change a flat.
